Pembroke Park, Wānaka
Red Bull Rail Riot is on Saturday, September 5, bringing a ski and snowboard rail jam to the centre of Wānaka
The open-format competition will be held at Pembroke Park, Wānaka with an urban-style rail setup giving riders the freedom to choose which features they hit and in what order. Judges will score competitors on their best individual hits throughout the session.
The event is open to skiers and snowboarders aged 16 and over, providing an opportunity for local and visiting riders to compete alongside some of New Zealand’s snow sports community.
The programme begins during the afternoon, including practice and a Wildcard Jam, before the main competition gets underway. The event is scheduled to start from 3pm at Pembroke Park.
