Shadow Basin chair

The Shadow Basin chairlift offers 50% More terrain

If you are a fan of The Remarkables, which we are, you will know that this year, The Remarkables has finished upgrading the Shadow Basin Chair, elevating its finish point higher on the mountain.

It now opens some of the best advanced and expert freeride runs, accessible directly from the lift. These include Alta Chute, Boulder Basin, East Face, The Nose, Front Face, and Sunrise Face.

The elevator and Escalator chutes are just a short boot pack away. The intermediate-level Calypso Trail has been extended by 363m. The chairlift upgrades are now complete, and it is fully operational.
